Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Web3 Owners Club platform (“Platform”), including any related websites, mobile applications, content, chats, and services offered by Web3 Owners Club (collectively, the “Services”). 


  1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access or use the Services. 


  1. Registration and Payment

Some Services may require registration (e.g., course enrollment, newsletters). Upon registration, the user shall provide the necessary identification information, which will be stored in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Paid services (e.g., the Web3 Owners Club course) are clearly indicated, and access to them will be granted after making the required payment.


  1. Disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Web3 Owners Club disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.


  1. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Web3 Owners Club be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.


  1. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, if you fail to comply with these Terms. 


  1. Third-Party Links

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Web3 Owners Club (e.g., subscription forms via Zite). We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of any third-party websites or services. Your interactions with those platforms are governed by their respective terms and policies.


  1. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content available on the Web3 Owners Club Platform and distributed via its Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, slides, logos, and software, is the property of Web3 Owners Club or its content suppliers. Thus, it is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of this content is strictly prohibited. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform without prior written consent from Web3 Owners Club.


  1. User Responsibilities and Code of Conduct

Both users of the Services and Web3 Owners Club community members are expected to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information when signing up.

  • Keep their login credentials confidential and secure, and not share them with others.

  • Refrain from using Web3 Owners Club’s Services, brand, or visual identity for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including any activities that violate intellectual property rights or spread harmful content, malware, or spam. 

  • Treat others with respect and professionalism.

  • Restrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.

Web3 Owners Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.


  1. User-Generated Content

If you post or upload any content to the Platform, such as comments or feedback (collectively, “User-Generated Content”), you grant Web3 Owners Club a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content. You are solely responsible for any User-Generated Content and must ensure that it does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any applicable laws.


  1. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bulgarian courts.


  1. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Web3 Owners Club regarding your use of the Services.


  1. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Web3 Owners Club reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions. The changes take effect from the moment they are published on the Web3 Owners Club website. In the case of significant changes, users will be informed via email.


  1. Policy Regarding Underage Users

The Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18 (or the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction). If a minor who has reached the age of 16 would like to enroll in the Web3 Owners Club course, they shall provide a proof of their parents’ consent.
